Max Private Label has associated itself with a company specializing in short run digital color. This allows us to offer our customers a full color label for a reasonable cost.

Our goal is to help you to create at a highly functional product that will be well received commercially. Once you approve your prototype and we have completed our standard stability and preservative testing you may begin to order your product.

We strongly suggest you test our products on your own skin and hair so that you love the formulas and shades, as well as the quality of the components. Samples can be ordered directly from us by calling in and speaking with a sale person. All samples are full size and have same quality as the final goods. Samples are not printed with your logo, but printed samples will be sent. Usually samples will be sent out within 2-5 working days by our staff in warehouse.
Artwork Approval
Once you make a deposit, a designer will be assigned for your project, who will design according to your design request and logo provided. The designed artwork will be given to you to obtain your approval for production. Once you confirm the artwork, there will be some extra charge if you want to amend the design, especially when production already begin.
Please notice, Printed MOCK won’t be offered unless you can pay for the prototyping set up cost, and this is not refunded.
Production order released
Private label order production usually require 3 weeks. If you require a faster turn-around time, please talk to your PROJECT MANAGER about expediting for a Rush Fee of $150 (we will confirm if this service is available at time of your order). When your order ships you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
Please make sure to order carefully as all Private label orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
ARTWORK & LOGO REQUIREMENTS
All goods supplied are blank, so custom design can be printed on all packaging, based on the design request sheet. A print plate for each item are required to be made before printing, so fees will be charged based on printing request. Usually there is one for tube and one for paper box, $250 in total. But this is a one time cost. When you reorder it won’t be charged again until change artwork.

Max Private Label Offers one of the largest selections of in-stock packaging in the professional market, we work with premium packaging suppliers so you will feel confident that the packaging your products are sold in are reliable, chic and upscale. Mix and match between our many collections to create your own unique look. We recommend scheduling as appointment to visit our showroom, which features over 100’s of packaging samples from various vendors for packaging inspiration. Once we have finalized your packaging and label options to client exact specifications, we will place orders with packaging suppliers we work with on a daily basis to have them ship directly to our warehouse. We will warehouse packaging for product that have pending orders or have established a pattern with order history. Betch sizes can vary between 5k lb’s to 60k lb’s considering the size and unit count of order.
Custom names and descriptions help you create a unique product from which to market and promote your line. This is particularly beneficial for those clients who intend to grow their product business into a stand-alone skin or hair care brand. Clients also have the option of color codding product labels and supplying bilingual label content.
Whether you are just starting out or have an existing brand, our expert graphic artists will help interpret your logo vision into a finished product label design. Our editing and approval system make finalizing your prototype designs and finished labels inclusive and simple. A streamlined graphic review and set up process can take as few as 5 days. Max Private Label carries out your design, labels and screen printing, packaging, secondary packaging (boxes, bags etc.) Start to finish label included. After you have placed your order for production, we will send an invoice for 50% non-refundable deposit. This will cover all costs for our purchasing department to place orders for all raw materials and packaging requires/requested to produce your product. Lead times vary based on vendors, ingredients, location and more. Once all components have arrived at our facility, meaning ingredients, packaging, labels etc. We can begin the production phase. We will create large batch sizes of your approved samples. Throughout production we pay close attention and run various quality control checks, giving your products our upmost care and eye to detail. After the completion and the QC checks of the bulk product, we will begin to fill your containers. Your product will be filled, capped, labeled, coded and sealed all in one line. We will run a QC check again while filling products into secondary packaging. Your products will be packaged into case boxes and labeled for easy identification.
A custom form will be provided listing all the details unique to your company which makes it easy to order and reorder as your products. You should expect to receive your first shipment 2-3 weeks after you have approved your labels and placed your opening order. Typical reorders are 2 weeks plus transit time. There are various options for shipping your products. Shipping can be arranged by you or through our shipping coordinator. Our shipping coordinator will calculate your freight and contact multiple freight companies to get the best shipping quote. After your case packs are ready, we will calculate the final inventory count. Our billing department will adjust your invoice to reflect the final count and include shipping costs. Your distributors may require you to ship products to multiple distribution centers. We can arrange the shipment of your products to multiple distribution centers, providing you with the proper paperwork to present to your distributor. Products being shipped overseas will be sent through any of the various ports local to our offices including Chicago ports and New York ports.
